I got approved for EB2-NIW without RFE with my Master's degree. The team is exceptional at Chen Immigration and they helped me create a strong petition. What I liked about the team is they are not comprised of lawyers but some of them have an additional degree similar to yours so that they can understand your research better and create a strong petition on your behalf. The lawyer assigned to me had a background in Software Engineering which made her understand my engineering background and research without me explaining a lot of details. Furthermore, Chen Immigration suggested petitioning without recommendation letters but I was overcautious and requested to have 4 letters. However, I think they would have created an equally strong petition without letters for applicants who are most likely to get approved. They will not just create documents for you but try to understand your works and background better to avoid any discrepancies or weakness in your endeavor. Additionally, when they start working on your petition, they respond very quickly to all of your questions. I recommend going with Chen Immigration for everyone. 5 star anytime !
